Judge Rules North Canyon Road Must Stay Open

December 10, 1999. A 2nd District judge in Davis County
ruled that the North Canyon road is open to the public because under
Utah law, even though it crosses private land, it has been used
continuously for 10 years by the public without a protest from
landowners.
