Notification Amiss In Raw Sewage Spill
The Salt Lake Tribune October 31, 2000.  There was no way legally that the Utah Division of Water Quality could have prevented a wastewater treatment plant from dumping 25 million gallons of raw sewage into the Weber River earlier this month.
